SMART PHONE SYNDROME

0
IS THIS YOU EVERYDAY, EVERYWHERE YOU ARE?

Looking down at your smart phone excessively without moving much? It could be costing you your health!

Present day syndrome:
The constant need to check our smart phone for updates or be entertained- kids and adults.
Most of the time, we are stuck in a hunching posture, not moving much and with eyes glued to the screen when we are using the smart phone.

This habit with existing poor posture and long hours of sitting at our work station on the computer, have caused so many of us to suffer from spine-related and health issues like:
chronic neck pain, back pain, arms and legs stiffness, frequent headaches, eye fatigue etc.

Solution?
. Moderation is key.
. Stretching and moving more frequently is a must.
. Adopting better posture when using phone (see our past post):

. Getting your spine checked by a Chiropractor is helpful.

Start setting better examples and educating the young ones now.
